Behind the scenes.

I’ve finally come home to my wild self. – Miranda Hart

July 2026 focus

Currently reading:

  • the five books of the Earthsea Cycle by Ursula Le Guin. And – wow!
  • I am making progress on a handful of books I’ve been reading for a long time, all at the same time: No Time to Spare by Ursula Le Guin, Good Strategy / Bad Strategy by Richard Rumelt (a re-read to take notes), Four Thousand Weeks by Oliver Burkeman (a re-listen to take notes), The Media Studies Toolkit by Michael Z. Newman, like a proper textbook

Professional projects:

  • crafting a more relaxed rhythm, to increase focus
  • planning: lesson plans and workbooks for my huge course on Social Media and Digital Marketing, which I am teaching until October 2026
  • “client” work: I am revising a survey for my cohousing project
  • also: I am working on growing my blog organically

Personal organization:

I am taking time to go on small-to-medium treks during the week. I am listening to the Mountain Tour setlist on repeat in preparation for the Gorillaz concert in Trieste.

Personal practice:

Good sleep.
